Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) is the technology infrastructure organization for the firm, delivering a wide range of products and services, and partnering with all lines of business to provide high quality service delivery, exceptional project execution and financially disciplined approaches and processes in the most cost effective manner.
The objective of GTI is to balance both business alignment and the centralized delivery of core products and services. GTI is designed to address the unique infrastructure needs of specific lines of business and the demand to leverage economies of scale across the firm.
The Global Technology Operations Core Foundation Services team (GTI CFS) is responsible for providing end to end support for critical technologies that are used across the company. This includes Configuration and Orchestration, Identity Management, Name Services, Enterprise Monitoring Solutions, and automation tools used to manage these technologies.
The Technical Infrastructure Services Support Lead position will focus on leading and coordinating delivery of a number of critical milestones across multiple work streams, along with ensuring key reporting and status across the same. Additionally, developing a keen understanding of the Name Services platforms to aid with obtaining unique business needs and requirements in support of Name Services.
Responsibilities will include:
Experience working as a Technology Business Analyst in the financial service industry.
Detail oriented, flexible and deadline focused.
As a scrum master drive the Technical team and the Product Owners in an Agile development process.
Advanced Excel experience with the ability to create pivots and analyze data is strongly recommended.
Extensive experience in the following: Requirements gathering and documentation, test case generation, test planning and execution.
Excellent understanding of development concepts and SDLC methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination skills working with multiple stakeholders across several technology platforms and business areas.
Familiarity in Database querying and hands-on experience using SQL.
Excellent skills with MS Office Suite plus MS Visio
Willingness to hit the ground running to get the job done. Attention to detail is a must.
Superior troubleshooting and/or problem solving skills.
"Self-starter" with a desire to learn and a passion for transformation.
Understanding of Collaborative tools Confluence and JIRA a plus
Strong documentation and presentation skills
Strong data analytics skills understanding of processing and interpreting large datasets. Deep understanding of Excel Pivot Tables and VLookups. This includes merging disparate datasets, perform trend models, and gap analysis
Release planning and management

Experienced facilitator and presenter
Strong customer focus
